Pre-build checklist

  • Confirm dispenser order details 

  • Review dispenser specs and tag inventory 

  • Order Parts and graphics 

  • Estimate delivery details

  • Confirm with customer and installer details

Quality Inspection #1 (Pre Production)

  • Remove and replace all sheet metal and electronics

  • Degrease and clean frame

  • Remove old gaskets and O-rings

  • Install tested & rebuilt gaskets and O-rings

After Painting

  • Review interior electronic cabinet

  • Install buttons and electronics

  • Hydraulics testing

Quality Inspection #2

  • Validate no leakage of meters and valves

  • Test electronics

Quality Inspection #3 

  • Surface inspection & repair 

  • Pre-application prep & sanding

  • Professional application of automotive grade paint per spec

Quality Inspection #4

  • Printers installation

  • Confirm Keypads and EMV

  • Test Operating software

  • Card readers and EMV

  • Operational test

Quality Inspection #5

  • OEM equivalent sheet metal per spec

  • OEM Grade Graphics for your brand per spec
